FRANCHISE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are seeking a Franchise Sales Consultant to become an integral part of our team! The Franchise Sales Consultant plays a key role in increasing the total number of MN studios by selling the MN franchise concept. The goal is to open New or Branch Studios throughout the United States and Canada, to increase the overall sales in dollars and to maintain continuous revenue from existing Studios.

Responsibilities:

·   Works closely with Director of Franchise Sales to identify new methods of prospecting for new franchise leads.

·   Utilizes industry knowledge and connections to self-generate franchise sales leads.

·   Executes demographic studies of market area availability and evaluates and prepares Studio relocation proposals.

·   Networks with Landlords/Developers nationwide by incorporating mail out franchise kits, mall posters and follow-up calls.

·   Leads franchise candidates through all steps of the sales process from initial inquiry to Grand Opening.

·   Responsible for oversight of each franchisee in the system, with an eye for detail to ensure all departments have completed the tasks required for a successful studio opening.

·   Works with Studio owners while in Home Office training to discuss grand opening date, initial orders, fixtures and arrival of product.

·   Conducts consistent follow up calls and counseling with existing Studio Owners and potential Studio applicants to determine needs of branching and relocating.

·   Assists new or existing Studios with design concepts.

·   Coordinates and manages booth set up for trade shows, as needed.

Qualifications:

·   College degree in Business/Real Estate or related field preferred

·   3-5 years’ experience in a franchise sales

·   Familiarity with franchising and franchise law is preferred (not required)

·   Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 programs, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
