Eye Shadow Primer
Helps extend the wear of any cream or powder shadow while giving eye makeup a more intense, color-true appearance. Our proprietary blend of three film formers work together to create a durable but flexible layer on the skin. Acts like a magnet to hold eye makeup to the lid so it lasts longer and makes any shadow water-resistant, oil-resistant and crease-resistant. The nearly invisible formula also contains Hyaluronic Acid Spheres that "plump up" any crinkled surface to produce a more even canvas for shadow application.
