Merchandise purchased online at MerleNorman.com can be returned by mail within 30 days of receiving your order. Online purchases returned will receive a refund of the Price of the Product and any applicable taxes payed. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment, less cost of return shipping.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective. Please note that items purchased on sale cannot be returned, and Products ineligible for Return included in the return package will not be credited. MerleNorman.com does not accept exchanges.
Due to system limitations, multiple returns combined into a single shipment will still result in a deduction for shipping costs for each return. No credit for shipping costs charged will be provided for combined returns.
