Why is there a Shipping Restriction on Some Products?

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to inaccuracies in the shipping address, system errors, or unforeseen issues to comply with the restrictions below.
1. Product Not Available to Sell/Ship to Certain States:
There are regulatory requirements prohibiting the shipment and sale of CBD Soothing Body Oil to the following locations: Canada, Alaska, Georgia, Louisiana, Minnesota, New York, Utah, Washington, D.C., or West Virginia. We reserve the right to update this list at any time.
If you selected any of the ineligible states listed above as your Shipping Address, you will not be able to checkout. Please update your Shipping Address or remove the ineligible product from your Shopping Bag to proceed.
2. Products Available for Standard Shipping Only:

The products listed above are ineligible for shipment via Expedited or Express Shipping due to carrier restrictions and can ONLY be shipped via Standard or Economy Shipping. Expedited and Express Shipping will not be available options when a Shopping Bag includes one of these products.
Additionally, these products cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO military addresses. Orders requiring shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses containing these ineligible products will not proceed. To continue the Checkout process, remove these products from your Shopping Bag.
